This course is a prerequisite for the Expert Level training. Upon successful completion and passing of the final assessment, you will receive a certificate confirming your competence in the professional use of the Insight Method.

Module IIIExpert Course: Ratio Method
In this course, you will develop the ability to apply the Reality Matrices — Ratio Method in professional coaching contexts. You will learn how to guide clients toward a comprehensive understanding of their challenges and collaboratively develop optimal, actionable solutions. Upon successful completion and passing of the final assessment, you will receive a certificate confirming your competence in the professional application of the Ratio Method.
Who Is This Course For?
This course is intended for experienced coaches and consultants who wish to deepen their skills and apply the Ratio Method in a structured way — supporting their clients in achieving profound insight and practical, sustainable outcomes.
Course Duration
24 hours (16 sessions of 90 minutes each). The course is delivered online.

- Introduction and Peer Exchange — Sharing experiences from working with the Insight Method and aligning expectations for the advanced course.
- Working with the Base Matrix — Principles for universal diagnostics and addressing complex problem questions using the Base Matrix.
- Diagnosis and Solution Development — Application of advanced Matrix tools such as the Relationship Matrix and Business Matrix for in-depth analysis and targeted recommendations.
- Theory and Practice of the Ratio Method — Expertise in combining various LiveDevice instruments; practical exercises to apply the Ratio Method effectively and develop client-specific solutions.
- Typical Challenges in Consultations — Working with questions like “A or B” using matrix-based diagnosis; identifying common pitfalls in coaching processes and improving consultation practice; maintaining neutrality and leading productive client dialogues.
- Step-by-Step Method — Structured validation of insights and recommendations through a systematic, replicable process.
- Practical Application — Real-life simulations, role plays and case study analysis to consolidate practical competence.
- Supervision and Expert Exchange — Personalised feedback and live consultation review by invited experts.
- Proven qualification in individual counselling, coaching or therapeutic practice.
- Successful certification in the Insight Method.
- At least 6 months of practical experience following certification.
- Submission of documentation for at least 7 completed client cases.
